How do you think the CEO of a big company like Facebook hires people to work for him? Well, you will think that he/she will seek for the qualities like skills for work, intelligence etc. These things are no doubt very important when you want someone to work for you. But Mark Zuckerberg, the Founder and CEO of Facebook thinks a little different.
He checks one particular things besides all these qualities and this is what Mark Zuckerberg said in reply to the question, "How he hire people?"
"I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person and It’s a pretty good test and I think this rule has served me well." He said. "in an alternative universe if things were different and I didn't start the company, I would be happy to work for that person."
